Is Reiki a form of meditation?
It can be, however Reiki is more commonly thought of as a method of hands on healing. We understand now that Reiki is so much more than than just hands on healing though! For example, these healing energies can also be called on in a self-healing capacity through what is essentially meditation. Through these personal meditations or self-healing practices, Reiki can therefore help us to raise our own vibration closer towards love, light & purity which opens many beautiful doorways into Higher Consciousness.
