What should I do during my Ascension Pathway attunements?
After you have invoked your Ascension Pathway attunement by following the instructions in the ebook, there is absolutely nothing that you need to do except to relax and open up to receive the energies being transferred with love and gratitude. Please note however that in some attunements in the Ascension Pathway, you may be asked to do specific things like continuously recite invocations, affirmations or complete a visualisation. Whatever is asked of you, simply follow your heart, relax and open.
All of our attunements work with the energies of love, compassion, purity and understanding and each attunement will be invoking a number of higher energies into your consciousness. Because of this, the attunement is normally a very peaceful and calming experience, something which can be thought of as a divine blessing and something which is indeed very precious and sacred.
