I am practising with Usui Reiki - which healing system is best for me?
Usui Reiki is a great foundation from which to explore other forms of energy based healing. For example, the Usui Reiki teachings are a great way to learn hands on healing so that you can share energy based healing with others whilst healing and purifying yourself. Through your own practices, you will now have a good understanding about the divinely guided nature of these beautiful healing energies and you have hopefully been guided towards working with the Reiki energies in many different areas of your life.
The next step forwards then really depends upon your own personal preferences.
