Lesson 9 - Energy Based Meditation (Overview)
Here in lesson 9, we offer an important overview of what types of energy based healing and meditation practices will be covered here in the next 10 lessons. For many people, energy based healing and meditation is such a mysterious practice so over the next few videos, we hope to de-mystify this genre for you as that you can connect with these beautifully uplifting vibrations of love, light and peace.
Lesson 10A - Celestine Reiki (Explanation)
Lesson 10A of our free online meditation course offers a truly wonderful system of energy based meditation, which can be practised in around 10 minutes a day. The Celestine Reiki practices are the first step for those who are receiving 'The Unified Pathway To Light' teachings - a very unique and deeply healing set of energies which help people move towards what we refer to as 'the new consciousness'.
Lesson 10B - Celestine Reiki (Guided Meditation)
Here in lesson 10B, we will be guiding you through the first level practice of Celestine Reiki. By moving through these preliminary steps first, it will help you to feel a much stronger connection with these Celestine Reiki energies, as you open up to these loving frequencies, and as you heal yourself of many impurities!
Lesson 11A - Kundalini Reiki (Explanation)
Lesson 11A of our free online meditation course will be introducing you to the wonderfully invigorating and inspiring practice of Kundalini Reiki. Brought through by Mr Ole Gabrielsen from Denmark, this healing system can be easily practised in around 5 minutes a day. Lesson 11b - Kundalini Reiki (Guided Meditation)
Lesson 11B of this free online meditation course is for those who are now ready to practice Kundalini Reiki. Lesson 12A - Receiving An Attunement (Explanation)
Lesson 12A of this free video meditation course will be introducing you to the concept of an attunement. In most Higher Consciousness based healing systems (like Reiki), receiving an attunement is a very important and empowering process. It is normally described as a deeply sacred ceremony, and it is something which is key to you being able to access the energies required from your practice. In this lesson, we talk a little more about what you can do during the attunement to aid in this beautiful and divinely guided process.
Lesson 12B - Receiving An Attunement (Guided Attunement)
Lesson 12B of this free online meditation course has been created for those who wish to be guided through an 20 - 25 minute attunement. This may be especially helpful for those doing Usui Reiki or Kundalini Reiki attunements, or any other attunement which may last for this duration of time. We hope our guidance helps you to open up and receive a higher and more harmonious frequency of energy so that you may find much love, happiness and joy in you life.
Lesson 13A - Usui Reiki (Explanation)
Here in lesson 13A, we will be introducing you to Usui Reiki, which is perhaps the most popular and widely acknowledged for of energy based healing and meditation. Here in this lesson, we wish to share a simple level 1 'touch healing practice' that originates from this system. During levels 2 & 3 of Usui Reiki, it is possible to learn different ways of working with the Usui Reiki energies and at these levels, we can now work more deeply in Reiki meditation but for now, here in this video, we wish to share a basic touch healing technique, to help get you started.
Lesson 13B - Usui Reiki (Guided Meditation)
Lesson 13B of our free online meditation course welcomes you with love to a short 30 minute Usui Reiki self-healing meditation. For those who wish to practice this, we lovingly recommend that you access your free Usui Reiki Course here and then use this video as part of the self healing practices section. Lesson 14 - Affirmations & Visualisations (Explanation)
Lesson 14 of our free online meditation course introduces a very important part of any energy based healing and meditation practice. Here, we will be discussing the idea of how to work with affirmations and visualisations to help strengthen our connection to the energies as well create more healing from within. Let us discuss also the importance of intention as we learn how to master the art of meditation.
Lesson 15A - Symbol Meditation (Explanation)
Here in lesson 15A, we will be introducing the concept of symbols. Few people in this world are aware just how important symbols can be in energy based healing and meditation. Symbols allow us to bring in and call on higher frequencies of energy so that we can more effectively purify ourselves closer towards love & light. In this lesson, we aim to introduce to one such symbol which is very effective for cultivating 'higher spiritual awareness' and you can find more information about this symbol in our Divine Light Meditation course.
Lesson 15B - Symbol Meditation (Guided Meditation)
Lesson 15B of this free online meditation course is for those of you who wish to now practice a simple symbol meditation. As a first step, we lovingly suggest that you download the Divine Light ebook, self-activate the energies and receive the first attunement of this healing system. Once you have done this, you are now ready to follow along with this guided meditation as many times as you like. This attunement will help you to feel a much stronger connection with the symbol and it can help you to understand how to draw it or how to visualise it during this practice.
Lesson 16A - Divine Light Meditation (Explanation)
Lesson 16A of our free online meditation course now welcomes to the very cleansing practice of Divine Light Meditation. In this video we will be talking you through the first part of this meditation in the hope that it will help to introduce you to these Divine Light practices. Lesson 16B - Divine Light Meditation (Guided Meditation)
Lesson 16B of our free online meditation course will be guiding you through a short 20 minute meditation, which works with the deeply healing energies of Divine Light Meditation. These are a wonderful way for energy based healing and meditation practitioners to take their practice to a deeper level.
