Lesson 21 - Essential Components of Meditation
This video provides you with a really nice summary of some of the most essential components of any meditation practice. We have covered many of these throughout previous videos but this will no doubt be a good resource for you to call on as you continue to progress with your own personal practice.
lesson 22 - Expanding the Concept of Meditation
For many people, meditation is something which is done whilst sitting down and closing our eyes in peace and silence but in fact, meditation is so much more than this. In this video, we highlight a few examples of how you can start bringing 'meditation' into your life in truly unique and inspiring ways and by doing so, we hope to help you on your pathway to genuine and long lasting happiness.
Lesson 23 - The Healing Crisis
This is a term often used in natural healing circles and certainly in energy based healing and meditation so here, after all the practices being worked with previously, we wish to now address the idea of the healing crisis and what it can mean for you.
Lesson 24 - Interconnected-ness
As we start to deepen our meditative practices, the idea that we are all inter-connected starts to become more important as we begin to realise that we go far beyond our physical body alone. And with a good understanding of 'interconnected-ness' or one-ness as it is something referred to, we can help our practice and our mind to open further still to this most important concept.
Lesson 25 - Cultivating Altruistic Thinking
It is often said that you will receive healing, love and light in direct proportion to the purity or width of your intention. In this video, we wish to share some of the more common techniques to help 'widen' or expand your intention towards a more benevolent, altruistic intention and by doing so, we hope to help you move to higher and more harmonious states of being.
Lesson 26 - The new Consciousness
There have been many times where our 'Divine Guides' have spoken about a shift in consciousness which is currently happening right now here on earth so with this final video, we just wish to introduce this idea to you and present you with some of the ways that you may wish to move forwards into this new vibration of love, light and understanding.
