Lesson 21 - Essential Components of Meditation
Lesson 21 of our free online meditation course will be summarising the most essential components of a good meditation practice. We have already discussed many of these in the previous videos but this lesson will be offering you a very nice summary, just in case you wish to touch base with these again at any later stage of your meditation journey.
lesson 22 - Expanding the Concept of Meditation
Lesson 22 of this free online meditation course is all about expanding our perspective of meditation. For many people, meditation is something which is done whilst sitting down and closing our eyes in peace and silence but in fact, meditation is so much more than this! So here in this video, we wish to highlight a few examples of how you can start bringing 'meditation' into your life in truly unique and inspiring ways and by doing so, we hope to help you on your pathway to genuine and long lasting happiness.
Lesson 23 - The Healing Crisis
Lesson 23 of our free online meditation course will be introducing you to super important meditation phenomena, which is often referred to as a healing crisis. This is a term which commonly describes the body (energy system) purging old or stagnant energies, which then translates into some kind of temporary purification or suffering being experienced. In simple terms, when love & light is received, it helps to 'push out' any darker energies and when these old energies are being released, we need to temporarily re-experience them, prior to them being safely release. We talk about this in more detail in the below video:
Lesson 24 - Interconnected-ness
Lesson 24 of our free online meditation course will be introducing you to the idea of inter-connectedness. This is the idea that we are all inter-connected with one another and as we progress on our meditative journey, this is something that becomes more and more important, as we begin to realise that in actual fact, we go far beyond our physical body alone! And with a good understanding of 'interconnected-ness' or oneness, we can then help our mind to expand significantly, when we are doing our meditation practices.
Lesson 25 - Cultivating Altruistic Thinking
Here in lesson 25, we will be discussing another super important spiritual concept, that of altruism. It is often said that you will receive healing, love and light in direct proportion to the purity or width of your intention, so here in this video, we wish to share some of the more common techniques to help 'widen' or expand your intention towards a more benevolent, altruistic intention. For when you expand your intention, you are able to move towards higher and more harmonious states of being. Enjoy!
Lesson 26 - The New Consciousness
This is now our final video in this free online meditation course and here, we wish to finish with another super important 'teaching' that we have received from Higher Consciousness. There have been many times where our 'Divine Guides' have spoken to us about a shift in consciousness which is currently happening right now here on earth so with this final video, we just wish to introduce this idea to you and present you with some of the ways that you may wish to move forwards into this new vibration of love, light and understanding.
