2 Large Avocado’s 1/3 Cup of Agave 6 Medijool Dates ½ Cup of Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder Add Stevia (or other sweetener to taste) Directions: Blend and serve. Add some chopped Strawberries and a handful of nuts to make it look beautiful. |

Ingredients:
For the crust: 1 1/2 cups almonds 2/3 cup raisins 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1 teaspoon pure vanilla For the filling: 4 cups quartered strawberries OR mixed berries 3 cups cashews 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2/3 cup agave or other liquid sweetener Pinch of salt Lemon zest (from all juiced lemons) 1 cup melted coconut oil Directions: For the crust: Grind the almonds into a flour in a food processor. Add the raisins and continue grinding until broken down. Add the coconut and vanilla. Grind again to incorporate. Add another 1/2 - 1 teaspoon water if needed to keep the mixture held together when pressed in your hand. Press evenly into the bottom of a 12" spring form pan. For the filling: Blend all except the oil in a high speed blender (may need the tamper). Add the oil and blend again (or whisk in) until completely smooth. Pour the filling evenly over the crust. Chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Garnish with berries or whatever else your heart desires! |

3 Cups of mixed berries 1 large frozen banana 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds 1/4 Cup Agave 2 tbs lemon juice Directions: Add everything to blender and blend until smooth - serve & enjoy! |

Ingredients:
For the crust: 2 cups pecans 1 cup walnuts 3/4 cup pitted and packed, medjool dates For the filling: 6 medium sized apples, separated 1/2 cup pitted and packed, medjool dates 1/4 cup raisins 2 tsp cinnamon Directions: For the crust: In a food processor, combine all ingredients until they become crumbly. Press half of the mixture into a 9” pie plate. For the filling: Peel and core all apples. In a food processor, purée 2 of the apples, and remaining ingredients, until smooth. Pour this mixture into a bowl. Chop the other 4 apples into large chunks and then process into small chunks in a food processor, making sure NOT to purée it into applesauce! Add to the purée. Now spread this filling into the pie crust and top with the remaining pie crust, sprinkling it over the top like crumble. Serve & enjoy! |
