Ingredients:
3 - 4 cups fresh orange juice 1/4 cup raw unhealed sesame seeds 1/4 cup finely chopped celery 1 small thumb of ginger the juice from one lime 1/4 cup raw pistachio nuts (optional) another herb such as cilantro, rosemary or basil (optional) Directions: Put ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Toss over whatever salad you wish. |
Ingredients:
1 cup raw soaked cashews 1/4 cup olive oil 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (almond or soy milk) 1 tsp dried dill 2 tbsp fresh parsley 1/2 tsp asafoetida 1/2 tsp paprika salt & pepper to taste Directions: Soak the cashews overnight and when soft, pour them into the blender with the olive oil, lemon juice and milk. Blend until smooth (please add more milk if you require thinner). Then add the herbs. |

1 cup apple cider vinegar 1.33 cups of olive oil 2 tbsp water 1/2 tbsp agave syrup (or other sweetener) 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tsp asafoetida (to your taste) 2.5 tbsp dried italian herbs mix or 1 tbsp oregano 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried parsley Directions: Mix together in a glass jar being sure to add the olive oil in gradually at the end. Shake shake shake and then enjoy. |
