This update contains quite a few changes, including a new summary table added to make it easier to see the whole outline of each course. And any ‘Maitri Foundation’ content has now been removed (the end of an era but exciting that Love Inspiration is now its very own charity! 🥰) As well as a newly updated How To Help section at the end of the ebook, to reflect the new Love Inspiration charity. 💗

In addition, as per Higher Consciousness guidance, the Cellophyte & Essiocc ebooks have both now had a 14-day self practice period added. And Heartfulness has had its 7 day self practice period extended to 14 days.👌
