Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha
Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha is perhaps best known for completing an intensive period of 6 year tapas (extreme penance & meditation) from 2005 until 2011 in the jungles of Nepal. During this time, He is said to have received countless blessings, teachings and realisations from a wide array of different Buddhas, Awakened Ones and 'Paramatma' Gurus.
Since completing His tapas in May 2011, Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha started to pass on these divine teachings which are now collectively known as the Maitri Dharma (a.k.a Bodhi Marga Darshan Maitri Dharma or Bodhi Shrawan Dharma Sangha). Since the completion of His tapas, there have also been a variety of World Peace Maitri Prayer Puja events in Nepal that have allowed many thousands of devotees to visit Guru in order to pay homage, pray, meditate and to receive His divine blessings. |
The Maitri Book
During the 2017 World Peace Maitri Puja, Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha released the longly awaited Maitri Book. This was a very important milestone for the Maitri Dharma and can now help many people to understand the depth, beauty and divinely uplifting nature of these Maitri Dharma teachings.
Within the Maitri Book, you will find a wide variety of different teachings, introductory information and Dharma practices that help to explain more about Guru and about the Maitri Dharma. As such, reading the Maitri Book is an important first step forwards for anyone who is interested in Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha or the Maitri Dharma. We are most grateful to Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha and to everyone who has helped to make this book available to the public. May these beautiful Maitri Dharma teachings & practices help to bring freedom and liberation to all beings! |
The Maitri Dharma Practices
For anyone who is interested to walk on the Maitri Dharma pathway, the Maitri Practices will certainly help you to bring more love into your life. These practices are the direct teachings of Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha and offer us a wonderful chance to purify, expand and brighten our consciousness as we open up to this new Maitri feeling in our life.
It is often said that a regular connection with the Maitri practices can help to inspire a deeper feeling of Maitri in our life as we start awakening to a higher understanding of love, kindness, peace and unity. And yes, all of these practices are entirely complementary to the Love Inspiration healing systems and Ascension Pathways or any other healing practice that you might be currently working with. We feel deeply honoured and divinely humbled to share these Maitri Dharma practices here and we hope that these beautifully pure and divinely uplifting practices can help to bring much love, peace and wisdom into your life for the infinite benefit of all. |
The 11 Maitri Precepts
The Maitri Precepts were one of the first teachings shared by Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha and offer a foundational teaching which underpins the entire Maitri Dharma pathway. By living in accordance with the Maitri Precepts, we are able to be guided towards a life of loving kindness, understanding and humility and with this, we can then start to move into alignment with the Maitri Dharma as we go about our daily life.
As Maitri Dharma practitioners, the Maitri Precepts therefore become the cornerstone of this pathway and can help to transform our habits and daily routines into a beautiful sphere of Maitri love & light. May we all share loving kindness, friendship and a feeling of Maitri with one another as we all walk forwards into this beautiful New Golden Age. There are currently 11 Maitri Precepts that have been prescribed by Guru Mahasambodhi Dharmasangha and for us, we like to think of these as 'The 11 Principles of Loving Kindness'. And again, these principles can be applied to all areas of your life so that we can be more loving, kind and helpful to others as we continue to progress forwards. |
