Donations Policy for Love Inspiration
Love Inspiration is a registered charity in New Zealand dedicated to providing a variety of spiritual, Higher Consciousness & wellness based offerings, in order to help people ascend into higher levels of consciousness and to feel a deepened sense of love, happiness, joy, compassion, wisdom, peace, unity, harmony, serenity, purity and truth in their life, with the ultimate aim for all beings to attain mukti-moksha (freedom & liberation). All donations received will joyfully & gratefully be put towards advancing Love Inspiration’s charitable purpose.
Tax Receipts and Records
Eligible donors receive official tax receipts from Love Inspiration, enabling you to claim applicable tax benefits under New Zealand tax rules. We securely retain all donation records for at least seven years, as required by NZ Inland Revenue and Charities Services regulations, to support audits, donor inquiries, and ongoing compliance.
Non-Refundable Nature
Donations to Love Inspiration are loving, voluntary gifts that support our charitable work and are a wonderful way to receive karmic merits in alignment with your benevolent action & intention. All donations to Love Inspiration are non-refundable.
Rationale
As a charity, we treat donations as irrevocable contributions to help maintain and expand our free offerings, such as the Ascension Pathway, Reiki courses, meditations, and healing resources, ensuring their purity and availability without commercial redistribution.
NZ Maitri Centre Donations
As the registered charity Bodhi Shrawan Dharma Sangha New Zealand (BSDS NZ) is now responsible for managing and overseeing the NZ Maitri Centre Project (there is more information about that here), we want to continue giving the Love Inspiration community the ability to donate towards this incredibly meritorious project, for the highest possible good of all beings. Therefore it is possible to donate to this beautiful project via the Love Inspiration website. Please note that all donations received for the NZ Maitri Centre Project will be lovingly forwarded from Love Inspiration to the BSDS NZ charity, so that they can be used for the purpose of creating and establishing a Maitri Centre in New Zealand.
STAR AGP Donations
The STAR Ascension Gateway Portals are offered & opened by Higher Consciousness after a sizeable donation, and as such, it is important that any donor has taken into consideration all the factors of such a significant donation. It is important to have read all of the STAR AGP FAQs, which includes information that the STAR AGP donations are not refundable. (Higher consciousness have explained that as soon as the donated money enters the charity’s bank account, the STAR AGP is then instantly and automatically assigned/opened, and as such, these donations are non-refundable.)
Exceptions and Inquiries
As already mentioned, all donations are non-refundable. Services such as Ascension Healing Boosters and Golden Ascension Healing Boosters are also non-refundable; however, in some cases those services may be transferred to another eligible person or date. Discretionary Refunds
Refunds are not available; however, in exceptional cases such as proven fraudulent transactions, they may be considered at Love Inspiration’s sole discretion. Requests must be made in writing within 30 days, and any tax receipts issued for refunded donations become invalid.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Love Inspiration complies with the Charities Act 2005, Trusts Act 2019, and Inland Revenue requirements for registered charities.
Privacy Statement
Donor information is protected under the Privacy Act 2020 and used solely for receipt issuance, compliance, and communication related to donations.
