I stopped the Ascension Pathway a while ago and now I wish to return - can I start from where I left off?
Yes. Whether you stopped 2 months ago or 2 years ago, you are welcome to simply pick up where you left off, by taking the next attunement or receiving the next set of energies. There is no need to re-take any of the previous attunements or energies, because these have already been received and assimilated into your system (however some people may choose to do this and this is absolutely fine).
Others may choose to go back to the start of the ebook, or the start of the previous chapter and pick up from there, but this is merely personal preference and is not required. Alternatively some people may wish to re-read the ebook or previous chapter to get a feel for things again before you take the next attunement, but again, this is not a requirement.
Regardless of what you choose to do, we lovingly suggest that you follow your heart and trust your intuition. If you feel like repeating some previous attunements or practices, then this is wonderful. And if you feel comfortable picking up where you left off, then this is also wonderful!
And lastly, we would not recommend starting from the very beginning of the Ascension Pathway again, as this is very precious time that you can be using to ascend into higher states of being! But again, if starting again feels right for you in your heart, then that is also fine. Above all, the Ascension Pathway teachings offer you a way to ascend and transcend into higher and more harmonious states of being and we lovingly invite you to move forwards on your own divinely unique journey in a way that feels right for you.
